My opinion:
Ophelia Beliveau, who belongs to a genetic defect to the species of vampires living in the picturesque village of Bayou gavotte. However, the life of Ophelia everything else runs as picturesque: Your neighbor has destroyed their gardens and their plants! Enraged, she calls the police and promptly Detective Gideon O'Toole seems to care about her case. The sexy cop arouses strong desire in the vampire and although they actually had enough of men, she wants this man!

Gideon O'Toole was immediately drawn to the beautiful woman who called him because of their ravaged garden. Further investigations bring to light extortion and murder and all indications are that Ophelia is behind all this. But Gideon is on their side and together they search for the real culprit ...

Monajem Barbara presents her novel an entertaining vampire romance, can score with an exciting background story. In the book you meet when reading the various characters this loosen the book and suggest additional parts. The author has created in this novel, vampires, the other tolerated than in other novels of this genre, sunlight and normal food. Here the vampirism as a gene defect is declared. Only the style of writing can not completely convincing, it worked sometimes not very liquid, whether that has situated on the author or the translation, I can not determine.

Part 1: Something About a vampire (Sunrice in a Garden of Love and Evil)
Part 2: (Tastes of Love & Evil)

Rating:
